A standard brush-and-water cleaning is not enough to maintain an air conditioner in Vadodara’s dusty environment. Our dispatch unit was called to a premium residential space on OP Road where the client complained of negligible cooling despite the compressor running continuously.

Upon inspection, our engineers found the evaporator and condenser coils completely choked with hardened bio-slime and particulate matter. We immediately initiated an Atlas Power Jet AC Service. Using a high-pressure 120-bar water jet and eco-friendly alkaline coil cleaners, we stripped the hardened debris from deep inside the aluminum fins without damaging the delicate copper tubing. This instantly restored maximum airflow and heat exchange capacity.

Following the deep clean, a manifold gauge test revealed low suction pressure. Instead of blindly “topping up” the gas—a dangerous practice used by untrained mechanics—we identified a minor flare-nut leak. We reseated the flare, pulled a deep vacuum to remove atmospheric moisture, and executed a precision gas charge using pure refrigerant measured by a digital weighing scale. The unit’s grill temperature dropped to a flawless 11°C, drastically cutting the client’s future electricity bills.
