When a facility experiences a mass cooling failure in the intense Gujarat heat, rapid deployment is the only option. Atlas Aircon received an emergency request from a site in Fatehgunj reporting severe cooling degradation across multiple floors. We immediately deployed a coordinated, 10-man engineering squad to tackle 21 malfunctioning air conditioning units simultaneously.

Upon running our diagnostic protocol, we identified a matrix of critical faults. Several units had suffered from severe power fluctuations resulting in blown PCBs, while others had seized blower motors and extreme refrigerant depletion.

Instead of pulling the units to a workshop and causing days of downtime, our technicians executed the repairs directly on-site. We performed micro-soldering for the circuit board repairs, swapped the burnt motors with OEM replacements, and utilized two-stage vacuum pumps for precision gas charging. Finally, all 21 units underwent a high-pressure jet wash descaling to clear the condenser fins. The entire fleet was restored to factory-level thermal efficiency in record time.
