Return Window
- Products can be returned withinĀ 7 daysĀ of delivery. For services, issues must be reported withinĀ 3 daysĀ of job completion.
Product Eligibility
- Products must beĀ unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories.
- Custom or special-order items areĀ non-returnableĀ unless defective.
- Used products, air conditioners installed/commissioned, or items damaged due to misuse areĀ not eligibleĀ for return.
Service Issues
- If there is aĀ service-related complaintĀ (repair not resolved, installation fault), notify us withinĀ 3 days. We will schedule a revisit or resolution at no additional cost.
How to Initiate a Return

- A team member will guide you through the return or revisit process and issue aĀ Return Authorization NumberĀ if required.
Refunds and Exchanges
- After inspection and approval, refunds will be processed withinĀ 7 business daysĀ to the original payment method.
- Exchange is possible for eligible products or, where stock permits, replacement of defective items.
- Service issues are resolved with a corrective visit or, in rare cases, a partial refund.
Shipping
- Customers are responsible forĀ return shipping costsĀ unless the item was defective or there was a shipping error.
- If a return is approved, we will provide the return address.
Exceptions
- Custom-fabricated products and parts, consumables, and final sale items are not returnable unless defective.
- For manufacturer warranties, refer to the product documentation for claims after the return window.
