Standard service terms, warranties, and operating protocols.
1. Service Scope & Inspection
Atlas Aircon provides diagnostic inspection, maintenance, repair, gas charging, and installation services for residential split ACs, commercial cassette units, and industrial HVAC plants. An initial inspection fee is payable upon technician arrival unless waived during active repair booking.
2. Repair Warranty
All genuine spare parts replaced by Atlas Aircon carry standard manufacturer or service warranties (typically 30 to 90 days depending on component type). Gas charging warranties require that the system has passed our 350 PSI dry nitrogen pressure test and proper vacuuming.
3. Emergency Response & Dispatch
While we strive for 60 to 90 minute arrival times within Vadodara municipal limits and priority industrial response across GIDC zones, arrival times may vary slightly based on severe traffic or extreme weather conditions.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due immediately upon completion of service and testing. We accept UPI, bank transfer, and cash. B2B corporate AMC billing terms are governed by specific written agreements.
